Oil change I stopped in yesterday mid afternoon to get an oil change. Even though it was reallly busy, Justin Sbrogna assured me that I would be in and out in about 40 minutes. Much to my surprise I was out of there in 40 minutes. Thank you Justin!
Replacement of passenger air bag inflator. Justin was courteous and helpful. If I lived closer, I would be happy to bring in my car more frequently for service and any other issues.

Great staff as always I am going to Herd Chambers Westborough for past 7 years for service and I always meet friendly and energetic staff. Services are good. Make sure you get a good estimate of your work in case you want to wait there otherwise there is a drop off facility within a reasonable distance.

Helpful salesman I was very happy w/ the help and knowledge of the salesman at Honda. I came in to trade my car for a bigger car. Matthew Strong helped me find just what I wanted. He fought to get me the best price on my trade-in. He kept in tough w/ me during the whole process, answering all my questions.
Excellent and honest salesmanship Recently bought a 2019 Honda Accord sport and could not have had a better experience. Matthew knew the car and process inside and out and truly worked very hard on my behalf to get the best deal and financing available.
Service on January 14, 2019 I had a recall on my CRV, and a few additional items I wanted them to check, and the car was perfect when returned. Jerry, in service went above and beyond addressing a question I had about my seatbelt. He actually went out to my car to answer this question.
