Excellent Randy was helpful and had a very professional attitude. The work was done quickly and well. That's all I have to say about it.
Oil change I stopped in yesterday mid afternoon to get an oil change. Even though it was reallly busy, Justin Sbrogna assured me that I would be in and out in about 40 minutes. Much to my surprise I was out of there in 40 minutes. Thank you Justin!
Replacement of passenger air bag inflator. Justin was courteous and helpful. If I lived closer, I would be happy to bring in my car more frequently for service and any other issues.

Great staff as always I am going to Herd Chambers Westborough for past 7 years for service and I always meet friendly and energetic staff. Services are good. Make sure you get a good estimate of your work in case you want to wait there otherwise there is a drop off facility within a reasonable distance.
