Easy in and easy out This is a very organized service center.. The people know exactly what to do and take every effort to be courteous to their customer. Wish every service team was this good.
Great Experience I didn’t expect to have a pleasant experience buying a new car, but working with David Sneade was wonderful. I never felt pressured or hustled. David spent ample time with me, pointing out the features of the CRV, many of which were totally new to me. The car was delivered to me exactly as promised, and David made sure that I was comfortable with the car before sending me on my way. Excellent!

Extended warranty work and new tires Very sastified with Herb Chambers service dept. My 2017 ridgeline had a emission problem and it was over the factory warranty, but the CNA extended warranty that I purchased took care of it. I didn't have to do anything, Herb Chambers took care of everything. Also bought four new tires, which it needed, while it was there for the service. I'd been pricing tires at various places(online/big name tire centers) and Herb's price was very competative. Again very happy with Herb Chambers.
Aaron Was the Best Aaron went out of his way to provide me with the best service including coming in on his day off to get my car ready for me to take home. He answered my questions, was personable and polite. I feel that he will help me in the future should I need it. He sold me a car that will be safe for years to come.😀

Once again Herb Chambers Honda knocks it out of the park! Bought my first Honda Accord hatchback in 1977, and have owned Honda Accords ever since. Excellent place to buy your next car I am 60+ years old and have bought many cars. There are two Honda dealers closer to me than Herb Chambers Honda. what a surprise we got while making the purchase.
