Herb Chambers Honda, THE Best! I went in for a question about a trim piece on the steering wheel of my new 2018 CR-V, as well as a State Inspection Sticker. I met with Randy Robinson the Service Advisor who was great. He immediately went a got Jeremy the Shop Foreman, who came right out to the car to look at the part I was concerned about, and addressed my concerns. Best car buying experience I've had I knew what I wanted and was offered what I felt was a fair price. The car was delivered within a couple of days, purchased that evening and picked up the next business day after insurance was arranged. A painless buying experience and I'm really enjoying the car, too.

Warranty work on tire pressure sensors Abby listened to the history of my issue and worked with Service to find a potential solution. Abby did everything she could have to take care of my issue!

Abby was great to work with i brought my Honda, Accord Coupe in for a scheduled oil change and was immediately greeted by the lovely Abby. Abby suggested that I should get the B1 service done as my car has a little over 67k miles. I agreed with Abby’s assessment and the work was completed in little over an hour. Another pleasant experience at Herb Chambers Honda Westboro Jerry handled my request an AC check and installation of a window trim part. I waited there for the service. Everything was checked out and installed in the time promised. I have always used this service center, and I have not been disappointed. Thank you.

Matt Gonyea is exceptional at his job! Matt was great, I felt supported through out this entire service experience Came with 2 un-identified problems and left with both appearing to have been resolved in a fairly reasonable time.
