It was a no xx transaction. They met my price point, didn’t try to sneak anything into the paperwork and the sales person was very professional and courteous. My previous 2 car purchases from other dealers they had to do the paperwork over because they snuck in fake charges. I was expecting the same with this experience, but was pleasantly surprised.
Mike, Lance and Norman made this an outstanding experience. Low pressure straight forward they all did an awesome job. I ended up here on a recommendation from a cow worker after the last dealership tried to screw be after buying 8 cars from them. I am glad I took the recommendation. These guys made it easy. Willing to work with you on installing OEM or aftermarket parts. Many Honda parts are way overpriced. Also willing to use multiple discounts to help ease the pain of the final bill.

I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman than David Yang! He was very, very patient, kind and respectful. He made sure I understood everything about the car. He took his time and was very respectful of my feelings. He is definitely an asset to your business! I don’t think he could’ve done anything more to make me happy! Clean, welcoming, organized, timely service. Was confused. However, I was told car would be washed and vacuumed and when I saw the car inside, I could pick it up and go but when I went to pick it up and go, it hadn’t been washed and when I questioned then I was told because it was under 40° that the car wash was not operating so I don’t understand why I was told it was being washed and vacuumed and then it wasn’t.
