A clean well lighted place for cars, and people! Friendly and smart staff. However, the vending machines need some work. No biggie, really. David Yang, Seth Ruttencutter, Toan Lam, and Scott Sundlie are all true professionals. And as such, I am fairly certain that you are not paying them enough. I was not impressed with Herb's video clip. David, Seth, Toan gave me all info I needed. The video was fine, but superfluous in my case.

My service advisor, Scott Sundlie was outstanding. He was patient with my myriad of questions. He explained things in laymen’s terms. The car was ready when he said it would be. I think that the techs did a good job because everything seemed fine when I picked up my car.
