Clean, welcoming, organized, timely service. Was confused. However, I was told car would be washed and vacuumed and when I saw the car inside, I could pick it up and go but when I went to pick it up and go, it hadn’t been washed and when I questioned then I was told because it was under 40° that the car wash was not operating so I don’t understand why I was told it was being washed and vacuumed and then it wasn’t.

I was in for two recall repairs . All seems to have gone fine thus far. I appreciate the ride home and back from Bruce who is great. I was actually there almost a year ago and he remembered me and where I live. I wish they had washed my car, but I guess that is reserved for paying services?
