I actually live 78 miles from the Herb Chambers Honda dealership in Westborough. I was Googling all my options for many weeks. I have owned many Honda CRVs and my most recent 2016 has 280,000 miles on it and showing needs of investment to keep it on the road. I need a reliable vehicle for deliveries I make. It was my first time coming to this location. When I arrived to drop my car off for service, they assisted me and were very helpful with any questions I had regarding my car. Kamryn at the desk was very sweet and gave me positive gratitude and feedback with my car!
Throughout the process of the initial emails and eventually buying the car, everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive.
I called the service department on Monday about sound issues with my car. I needed to travel for Thanksgiving and wasn’t sure my car would make the drive to my destination. They were able to get me in the same day, quickly diagnose the problem, and have my car repaired the following day. They were very professional and Bryana kept me updated on my repair progress.
