I drive a 2002 S2000 which I purchased used from Herb Chambers Westborough in November 2017. I think they love this car as much as I do! It goes in for the annual fall service, inspection sticker and tender loving care before being tucked away from the harsh winter. I got the appointment scheduled in the same day. The amount of time I spent waiting for the maintenance to complete was about an hour and 15 min or so. James was very prompt in keeping me updated with progress through video link which was helpful. I am very happy with the overall service and will always go back for future work.

Buying a new or used automobile in the current state of the economy is overwhelming. I bought a used Honda pilot in a half an hour after working with Ara. He listened about what I was looking for,financial constraints etc. The service department is professional and welcoming. It was very pleasant and I didn't feel pressured at all. Overall an excellent experience.
Sadly the price of oil change has gone up it’s more of a mini service now with the car getting vacuumed and washed at the end but it still felt good value for $ and runs so smooth now. Angela the service coordinator was great
