Everyone polite, agent was coirties. Waiting area was clean. Had coffee while waiting. Above all they cleaned the car outside a d inside unlike other dealership. Keep it up.

They took my vehicle in when I arrived They took care of all needed work and returned my vehicle in the time they told me it would take the only thing they forgot was to take the covers off my seat and Sterling wheel and didn't cover the floor

Not sure on I would recommend but there is not a not sure option. The service was completed. Disappointed that the plastic was left on the car from when it was serviced. I had to go back to get the symbol of oil 100% off the dashboard. I had to turn around and got back to the service department. The service person seemed upset with me because I could not figure it out on my own. I also not happy that there was a coupon that was not automatically deducted from bill. Norm was very friendly, he took my calls, even on his days off and returned them promptly. Whenever he said he would call back. He always fulfilled his word in the financial department to Toan was very accommodating. We would highly recommend Herb Chambers, Honda of Westborough.
