Norm is wonderful. Can't say enough about him. Polite, nice, kind, friendly, knows his stuff. Sold me a car last year. I have never dealt with a car salesman that made me feel so comfortable in the experience and confident in his knowledge and honesty. I walked in, bought the car, drove if away. Couldn't be more happy with the experience thanks to him. Toan in finace was equally professional, knowledgeable, and great. You have a great team of people!
