Went in to Honda of Westborough to have the car checked out for a weird noise it was making while backing up. I was greeted immediately and checked in with the service advisor Benjamin. He was very courteous and listened to what I had to say. Car was taken in and examined. They couldn’t replicate the noise however they were nice enough to come and listen to a recording I took of the sound. Francisco took great care of me. My car was still under extended warranty and the rear-backup camera and calipers were all covered, both parts and labor. He confirmed all would be covered before they started in working on it. Very attentive and prompt response. Thank you! Mark L.

I have always been treated respectfully and they have earned my trust. When bringing my car in for a regular maintenance check, I have never been pressured to have work done that I felt wasn't necessary at that visit.
