Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough replaced my daughters Transmission and on the civic in world record time. They gave us a loaner vehicle and Jody in customer service rep was great and kept us up-to-date and communicated with us through the whole process.

I have been regularly visiting Herb Chambers Honda Westboro for servicing my vehicle. My recent experience has been quite underwhelming. I was in the waiting area for 1.5 hrs and was not informed when the vehicle is ready. When I approached the service desk, I was told that there are two other service items which they recommend but it would take them another hour to get it done. The car was not even washed which they do it every time with servicing.

Had my 1st B-1 service for my 2020 CR—V. Intake was fast, courteous and on time. Service was completed on schedule with no hidden costs or additions - James even applied a $5 coupon that I was not expecting. James was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, the visit was excellent and not the worst way to spend an early Saturday afternoon.
