Norman was excellent, he was patient and extremely helpful. I'm not sure of the finance gentleman we worked with but he was excellent also. All and all it was a great experience .

From beginning to end, it was great! Kevin greeted me upon arrival, reviewed my needs for this appointment and clearly explained the purpose and importance of all. The waiting room was comfortable even though my time there was minimal. I was thrilled when Kevin told me as he led me to the cashier that my car would be out as soon as they finished the wash and vacuum! Excellent fast, courteous, and thorough service! I will certainly return!
