I have always had good service here. I bought my CRV here and do my service as well. Always been treated nicely by the Service Advisors and my latest SA Heather Emond was communicative and excellent to work with
It is always a great service experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. The price for servicing is reasonable and they have friendly advisors at the service center. Highly recommend taking your car here.
Scheduled early service appointment for initial oil change and tire rotation on our new 2021 Accord. Got me right in and had car back in less than hour. Worked on laptop in waiting area - great setting early in am to get some work done.
The experience from beginning to end was expedient with all that each service request being satisfactory met. The service representative was responsive and stayed with us up until the service was completed which went past normal business hours.
Another excellent experience at Herb Chambers. We have worked with Jody in the service department for the past three years and always know that he will be up front and honest about what our vehicle needs — and that he’ll help us get it taken care of as affordably as possible. Plus, he’s friendly and explains things in a way that even someone with limited car knowledge (like me) can understand.
