Kevin Chu was my device advisor and he was great. Very friendly and helpful. The dealership took car of my service needs promptly and professionally. The service team helped me reprogram my Key Fobs and also got my car’s maintenance up-to-date. The GM over there, I believe he introduced himself to me as James, but he seems to be doing a great job. Everyone was wonderful. The service center operated seamlessly and all the staff seemed to sincerely want to help. 5 stars!

Scheduled early service appointment for initial oil change and tire rotation on our new 2021 Accord. Got me right in and had car back in less than hour. Worked on laptop in waiting area - great setting early in am to get some work done.

Another excellent experience at Herb Chambers. I’ve been going here for services on my car for the last I’ve been going here for services on my car for the last 6 years. It’s mostly for convenience and location but they are reliable.
