Always efficient, always friendly and most importantly always customer need first. The reason I’ve been a customer for decades is because I’m always certain that decisions are made based upon safety and top performance of my car and my budget and needs. I’ve never felt pressured and have on more than a few occasions been surprised by advice that favors me and avoids an unnecessary cost.

After hitting a pothole I blew out a tire on my car and had the vehicle towed in to Mercedes Benz of Boston. Both tire and wheel needed to be replaced and special ordered. Schneider in the service department did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs. Picking up the car was easy and efficient. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and courteous. Excellent experience all around.
