My recent service at Mercedes of Boston was outstanding! They arranged to pick up and deliver my car exactly when they said they would. Patrick followed through on my concern about a key fob that required battery replacement every few weeks. He arranged to have it thoroughly tested and ultimately replaced it it with a new one. Even a seemingly small problem was treated with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
