Jimmy and Manny were great with scheduling the pick up of my car for service and the drop off of a loaner vehicle. My car was returned to my driveway the next day all clean and shiny. The only thing I didn't like was the app for the loaner contract - but I'm not that tech savvy. This was the first time my car was serviced so I'm sure it will go smoother the next time.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my first Mercedes. Tabish Iqbal was very helpful and did not rush me when I had many questions. I even forgot my garage door openers in my trade-in vehicle after I left and he went to the trouble of finding them and bringing them back in for me.
