Had a great experience! As a 20 year old woman buying her first car, this was a wonderful place to do so. Ronald Escobar was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. I was able to test drive multiple cars, figure out my registration and insurance, and get my license plate all in one day and was able to walk out with a new car! Everything I needed to know what explained in great detail. He even took me across the street to get food while I waited as I had been there for several hours. Mercedes of Boston takes professionalism and thoroughness to the next level compared to other dealerships I deal with for our work vehicles.
