People are nice patient I bought a Mazda there and got treated like I was buying a Mercedes I will tell u what when I am ready to buy a Mercedes which won't be long it would be there they have a great selection of cars shot out to the staff 5 star service

I My service person Micheal was great it was the situation and distraction and of waiting 1 hour to be told of having to pay $735 for a misplaced loaner key , in which Michael helped me get that refunded when I did return it 2 days later. The loaner I used I didn’t like but one of the service tech person I told what I didn’t like about the GLA250 was not inherent to model it was most likely a technical mechanical problem on when shifting into gear it took a few seconds to move & when it did it jumps forward due to pressing a... read more

On January 28 (Saturday), I had a leaking right rear tire as I was trying to travel to a funeral. I came to the dealership, which was quite busy, and explained to Albert B. the tire problem and the fact that I needed to attend a funeral which was scheduled to begin in two hours. Albert was terrific; he said the service department would review immediately and either fix the tire within 1 hour or he would arrange for me to get a loaner car so I could attend the funeral. Michael Robinson (Service Agent) at Herb Chambers Mercedes Benz of Boston (Somerville location) is fantastic. Not only does he provide great insight on service issues with your vehicle, he is available using messenger, responding immediately either by phone and or messenger. I have had five Mercedes - I got a flat on our AMG in maine on the weekend (based in ct ) and got through to the Boston dealership and they were amazingly clear and helpful on a hard to find tire - helping me at Every turn and fast. Schneider and Mohammed in service were fantastic as was the front desk. Best Mercedes dealer service help I have had.
