I have been dealing with this dealership for about 30 years. They employ some of the most professional people I have dealt with in the automotive industry. Of particular mention is Patrick Titshaw. Patrick is the service advisor who handles my Mercedes GLE 43 as well as repair work on Monday 38 year old Mercedes SL. He is a true professional and is what makes me return to this dealership for maintenance and repair of both of my Mercedes vehicles.

I am a first time Mercedes owner and I can’t believe I didn’t buy one sooner. The car is great but the service is outstanding! Best I’ve ever had. Erica, my service advisor is incredibly skilled when it comes to presenting what needs to be done and what the process is going to be. If all service advisers are like her, they’ll have zero customers buying another brands
