Extremely courteous personnel. Being undecided about which car to pursue I felt that Tabish was patient and happy to answer every question asked. His willingness to ensure that we were provided many options and vehicles to review was greatly appreciated. We never felt pressured to make a decision. My experience with Herb Chambers Mercedes in Boston was excellent. Both dealership and entire staff were great! Our sales person Manny Rodriguez was a true professional and very pleasant to work with. I have since come back to the dealership after purchasing a Mercedes EQS 450 from Manny and bought a car for my son as well.
