Best vehicle buying experience ever! Charles (and Grant) made this experience the best. Smooth, easy, able to make the deal I needed. Did not try to sell me something I did not need and gave me pros and cons fo the vehicle I chose, very refreshing. The cons were very few and the pros far outweighed them. Out of State Purchase I traveled to Dallas out-of-state to inspect and buy a pre-owned Audi which I saw on their Car Gurus website. My contact was Bobby Howard who was very knowledgeable about the car, and who went over and beyond to take extra photos and videos to further enhance my perception of the vehicle. Bobby kept in contact with me and also met me at the airport. The preparation of the car was excellent - it had been put through the dealership internal detailer and was perfect. Overall, a great buying experience.
Successful Transition We had been repeat customers for a "Brand X" alternative to Mercedes Benz for years, but decided we would look at Mercedes as a way to develop a valid alternative. Most informative and best car deal I contacted Connor because he had picked up my account after my original salesman left the dealership. Over several days Connor answered all my questions while at no time pressuring me to come in to press me on a sale. When we decided to make a deal, Connor took care of all the paperwork without having to deal with an unknown finance manager. Overall, if you want someone who is the epitome of customer service, seek out Connor.
