I worked with Bria Harrison for my CLS53. This young lady gets it and fully understands customer service. I will use her again when my wife's car is ready for trade. I would recommend Bria for you next transaction at Park Place Mercedes. The only reason i did not give the dealership 5 stars is the experience with my trade-in appraiser guy was not real good (Bria had nothing to do with this)
Joe is fantastic, as a young buyer of my first luxury vehicle I had a hard time finding a dealer that would take me seriously and help educate me on the process. Joe was that educator! He walked me through every step and helped me find a vehicle I have been in love with for several years. I have recommended Joe to several friends/family members interested in getting a MB (2 of which have actually purchased with him). Will reach out to him again when it is time for my next one!
Previously, I have purchased my vehicles from Sewell Infiniti because of their customer service and there no hassle car buying experience. I recently had to purchase a new car. Excellence in service and customer satisfaction. Mr Shola Bolompe has given us excellent service and courtesy while we purchased our car. Very knowledgeable about the car and the procedures. The whole procedure was completed in a timely manner. Everyone we ran across at the dealership asked and offered help if we needed it, very refreshing, but of course we didn't need any assistance while under the care of Mr Bolompe. Congratulations.

Worst customer service experience ever I have just purchased a 110k 2017 Acura NSX from Scott N and the deal was, he will arrange the shipping for me so i can get the car before the weekend. As i had send the dealership the cashier check along with the fedex confirmation, he has been ignoring my phone calls and text messages till i had lest a voicemail saying i would like to cancel this transaction as my experience with him has nothing but not pleasant.
