We had an excellent purchasing experience with Phillip and Chris the sales manager. We also appreciated the time the Roc and Scoot the General Manager took to assist us while Phillip was out that evening.
Purchased a new GLE 350 from Russ Amsden and Matt McPherson. Matt and Russ we’re outstanding in the whole process. They deserved to be praised and recognized. This purchase was the easiest and smoothest purchase of a vehicle in my life. I am a life long customer now. Thank You Matt and Russ.
Phillip EDWARDS or salesmen was great. We already told him we are bringing my mother in law in the spring. Everyone was pleasant. This car was for my wife I may get one for myself too. I liked how they went and got a SUV based on what we asked for.

Russ was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and thorough. He worked with me to narrow down my list of vehicle choices. And he also explained in detail, the features and their benefits. They must really be rich here I think this is a real dealership, but I kind of felt like I was caught up in a Saturday Night Live skit, so maybe not. In any event, I tried to buy a used Smart car there yesterday and trade in my Jeep. The Smart car was a "lot rock" that they've had forever. We went to park place grapevine asking about the s560 and we had a bad experience borderline rude with their sales person. I called the manager “Sean” to tell him about this experience and how it was not expected to be treated that way and it will be bad for them to get another one star review and here is the shock. He told me that park place has earned its reputation in customer service and the review is not worth it. Worst customer service Carolyn ya the service department will put you on hold every time you call and never answer again. No matter how many times you call back she will leave you on hold and forcing you to drive to the store.
