Val was very attentive from start to finish. She initially called me to give me an evaluation of my vehicle and suggested the interest of trading it in. While I struggled with much understanding of how certain things work with trading in my car she took her time to explain in terms that I could understand. I highly recommend if you go in to purchase a vehicle Val is the person to go to.

Jake was fantastic and very helpful. We purchased the car from a different state and he was responsive when we requested additional videos. He managed our expectations throughout the process and made our car buying one of the easiest that we've experienced to date. We would do business with Jake and Mercedes of Grapevine again in a heartbeat, even drive another 1600 miles to buy a car from the again. Thanks Jake for the great work!
