First time buying from a dealership and thankfully it was a good experience due to the employees. Clyde was very professional, patient, and friendly. If he didn't know or have the information, he found someone that did or found it online for me. He answered every text message and phone call right away. He kept me updated every step of the way. He addressed all my issues and had everything fixed that he was able to. If you go to this dealership I would highly recommend working with Clyde.
Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine is a great place to buy or lease a Mercedes vehicle! They have a lot of inventory and very helpful staff who help you shortlist and make the right choice. Jake Myers made us a great deal on our new car!! They are very transparent and don't try to sell what you don't need. If you are looking for a Mercedes vehicle, you need to have this dealer on your list!

Sadly, I was not there buying a nice new Benz or Maybach. But I did have an excellent experience purchasing a 2021 Honda Ridgeline. I did most of the deal over phone, email, and text on my 3-hour drive to the dealer, which was nice and shortened the time I had to spend there. Tom Lim was our sales agent and I hope all future customers get to work with him, it was a pleasure. I’d buy all my cars there if I could!
