These folks are professional, courteous, friendly and inviting. We came in from out of state and Marco made sure everything was represented accurately and handled efficiently. We will definitely look to Grapevine in the future. Brian and Marco should be considered the standard of what online car shopping providers strive to meet.

This is my 10th new car purchase over the last 30 years and is by far the most pleasant buying experience I've had. I can't say enough good things about our Sales Manager, Mr. Basel Abbas. I'm very demanding when buying a new car and Basel answered every question and took an inordinate amount of time explaining the features to my wife and I. From initial contact to driving off of the lot Basel was a consummate professional. Zero sales pressure! I will be back in the next 3 to 5 years for my next Mercedes purchase.
