I had an amazing experience at Mercedes. Best dealership I've been too- everyone I worked with was amazing and kind to not only me but my family as well. I've never bought used before but they made it seamless. They never intimidated me or made me feel uncomfortable (something other places have). My dream car used to be something else but I'm driving it right now. I'm SO happy.

We are generally unicorn hunting when it comes to shopping for a new vehicle and this past round was no exception. However, it was easily the most aggravating experience I can recall that took form over several weeks, from dealing with a variety of sleazy sales personnel, outright false advertising, sub-par quality product, etc. One dealer experience even resulted in their behavior being reported to the Texas DMV.
