Patrick, the service rep was very attentive and solved our issue by verifying the tire & wheel coverage, that was previously purchased from MB McKinney so that one of my tires, that had a nail, could be replaced with no out of pocket expense.
Cracked windshield was replaced on time, toll tag and inspection sticker attached and the inside and outside of the car cleaned! Stanley was a pleasure to work with.
