Professional knowledgeable team
When I arrived for my morning service appointment, I was assigned Karla. The purpose of my visit was an oil change ($150) and a state inspection ($20). There was also a recall on the car that I wanted them to take care of and a light had come on. Karla told me I would need to buy the $899 extended warranty to cover my services for the day. I said I'd have to think about it and then she told me that having the recall repaired (free), the oil change ($150), and the state inspection ($20) would cost me around $720. A nail in the tire of a newly purchased vehicle. I received a notice that the warranty didn't cover $23. I think the service advisor should have argued over the $23 or taken the loss on a newly purchased BMW. There was grease left on the side of the seat and handle of door. Highly disappointed that my newly purchased vehicle was not taken better care of. They didn't even wipe down the rim after tire replacement. I specifically requested him again as my service advisor for my new BMW because of trust and reasonable, competitive costs for maintaining my newest BMW.
