It's ALWAYS a positive experience at Autobahn. I only feel comfortable taking my vehicle to them. Not only are they always professional, but they genuinely care about their customers and try to give them the most efficient timeline.

I went for an oil change and fluid service. The service advisor told me they were going to top off all of the fluids. Three days after the service is was completed, a warning message came on my dashboard stating that my coolant level was low, so I had to fill it. While doing that, I checked the windshield washer fluids and it was nearly empty. This is a major problem for me because now I'm not sure if any other fluids are low, and I'm now going to be leery of if they're going to be performing the services I might need correc... read more

My annual service went very well, as expected! They also washed my X5 and I felt like I drove home in a new car. It looked great and runs great!
