Wasn't happy they couldn't fix my issue
Great service advisor and prompt service.
Mis-diagnosed the issue, and I got to pay for two repairs when only one was needed. Told that the other repair would have been needed in the next couple of years anyway. Lousy communications and follow up: days to get a return call, no vehicle status updates. Treated like a unwanted customer after some 20 years.
Jason S. is my service advisor and he does an excellent job of taking care of all my car needs every single visit without hesitation.
