Great service, timely completion, efficient and friendly
Great experience with good communication, fast service and good results.
Foley is my service writer and is always Johnny on the spot. He gets me in and out in no time. My last visit was for an oil change and he had it done and the car washed and ready for pickup in 30 minutes.

The salesman was not rude but he asked for my license and i gave it to him to make a copy, well while making a copy (about 10 minutes) he ran my credit without my authorization and came back with a quote from the credit manager with what I needed. I was truly upset because he NEVER asked if I was going to finance the car through their company or what. I never received a call back or anything.
My service experience at Autobahn BMW exceeded my expectations with only a few simple transactions.
Repairs completed in one hour while we waited.
David went well beyond expectations in helping with my car, including contacting my warranty company to elicit their involvement in the repair bill. He is quite responsive and I am grateful for what he helped accomplish.
