Everything went very smoothly My Tiguan broke down and I had to get it towed. They looked at my vehicle right away and let me know what needed to be done. They were very friendly and they worked with me as soon as possible. Cassie kept me informed every step of the way. She was very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Northampton VW to anybody.

Simple I dont like to haggle when i know whats fair. Brandon was very straight forward with respect. He told me what he could take off and if worked then id have a new gti. Couldnt find a better price or service. Hats off to you folks.

Great staff and great service I came to the shop to buy my daughter her first car. I was very pleased by the help Erik and melanie provided. My daighter is in a safe car and she completely loves her car. I highly recommend this place and thank you to the staff that helped me.

Wonderful experience working with Erik Barrera. I am presently trying to find a newer, if not brand new, vehicle. Erik is very knowledgeable in the cars that he sells. He was able to answer all of my questions, honestly. When I have the money saved , I will definitely be back to work with Erik.

New Vw GTI I have been thinking about getting the GTI for a long time, Me and my wife went in to test drive it and I fell in love bought it and I am very happy, go see omar he knows all the gti he sold me!!!

Jetta updated Our 2006 Jetta TDI gave up the ghost. I loved our Jetta ; thankfully, there was a 2012 TDI Jetta waiting in the wings. It took some wheeling and dealing, but our sales rep, Grant, came through and got us a newer TDI at a great price!

Best price around I was looking for a good deal on a jetta all month and already had a few quotes. Erik was able to save me another $500 from my lowest quote and made it super easy. Melanie was also very helpful showed me alot of great features (im sure ill go back for a refresher) and even paired my phone.
