Best Service For the last 2 years, I have been bringing my 2004 Jetta for service at Northampton VW because of the great service given by Cassie Cloutier. She has always been on the top of her game giving great customer service and keeping me appraised of the declining health of my car. When it finally was declared dead, Cassie was the reason I bought my new car at this dealership. It is hard to find someone who cares about their customers as much as Cassie does! She is a true asset to the company.

A very good time I had a good time at the dealership while checking out used cars. I can be a little obnoxious with questions and being picky and Erik was the man for being cool the whole time. Knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy with sales. Wants you to find what’s comfortable for you financially and for your daily lifestyle. Definitely give this guy and this dealership a look if you’re looking for a used vehicle!

World Class People and Customer Service I was in the market for a new car since my current lease was coming due with another dealer. Buying rather than leasing was a big choice for me. Northampton VW bent over backward to ensure that I was happy with the deal I got. Their sales people, Grant Goodwin and Dwane Smith not only sold me the car, but went so far as to educate me on how to break in a new engine, information on the differences in gasoline to help me save money even after the sale. Fun Experience! I Went into the dealership at Volkswagen in Northampton and Dwayne greeted me and ask how he could help .
