Great service I switched service from a VW dealer in West Springfield to Northampton VW and wish I'd switched years earlier. (I finally made the switch because the W. Springfield place forgot to tighten the lugnuts and a wheel nearly came off as I drove on I-91.) In contrast, Northampton VW service has been so good I almost (almost) look forward to going there. My family will be getter bigger in about 6 months and wife needed a bigger car, we went with the atlas we were looking for a 7 passenger, but what really sold me was the 6yr 72k warranty I walked in and was greeted by Omar we picked black everyone there does a good job!!!

My New Car Me and my wife have been looking for a couple of months for a new Atlas and we couldn't find a great price where we lived and one of my friends told me to check out Northampton Volkswagen and we did , Dwayne helped us through the process and did a great job he reassured us that they had best price guaranteed and they did .
