Tiguan I wasn’t sure about the new body style Tiguans but I wanted to try them out so I went down and met with Dwayne he was super nice and funny he told me about how the new Tiguan is a competitor in the market and is going to be a good seller and what sold me was the warranty and how he wasn’t pushy

He's readily available with a smile, a firm handshake and is always up to share a good laugh. I would absolutely recommend Grant to my friends and family.

Cassandra was excellent. The dealership covers some important service issues--alignment check, multi-point inspection, video of inspection, and simple professional service. (The was was a nice extra.) The waiting room is clean and well provided. The service was complete and timely. As an automotive service professional for many years, I was impressed with their set-up and service.
Pleasant experience Brandon, Todd, and Melanie were all very pleasant and easy to work with. The few questions I had were answered with professionalism, and the overall experience was very positive. They put me in a Golf R for a competitive price and helped me out with a good value for my trade. Would absolutely recommend any of them to friends or family.
Great Service Department I've been getting my cars serviced at Northampton Volkswagen for over five years. I appreciate the personal attention from Cassandra (service advisor), the free multipoint inspection where they email or text you the video of the inspection to you right after they complete it, and the fully appointed customer waiting area.
