Another great service stop! My check engine light came on, so I stopped in. They ran a quick diagnostic and replaced the affected sensor fairly quickly. Customer services and hospitality can't be beat.
Unexpected accomplished I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and to possibly lube a noisy belt. Found out one of my wheels needed alignment and my engine had to be taken apart. Lou arranged the rental company to pick me up and when my car was fixed, Lou arranged the rental company to come get the car. So even though it was an unexpected situation, Lou made the whole process run smoothly.
Customer service I had a blow out on my way from work. I called dealership she explained that I had roadside service and patched me thru. Roadside service was helpful and prompt and did not leave me waiting for assistance. The towing company arrived and switched out my tire and recommended I get to the nearest location for air in tire. I made it to dealership and the manager remembered my phone call and assisted me with the service of my car.
Great Job The staff went above and beyond! The wait was short and I was consistently asked if I needed anything. I felt like they all genuinely cared! They did a great job to make sure that my car was fixed and I left very happy. I recently moved from the West Side where I absolutely loved Pat O'Brien West... and the East side is living up to their high expectations!!
Fantastic Service I had my new Suburban in for a USB port that had broken. I was greeted by my service advisor Margarit Friedman at 7:30 AM. She drove me to my office down the street and returned the vehicle to the shop for service. She called me to inform me of the progress and when the vehicle was completed. She had the Suburban delivered to my office . Every aspect of the appointment was flawless. Highly recommend.
We have experienced good service on our new vehicle. We had a recall that was taken care of quickly; some dents that were repaired well. We have learned a lot about your service at the evening meetings with the service department.
Buying a new car The whole buying process was easy. No pressure but attention to detail from Carla as to my wants & needs. Willoughby didn't have the car I preferred so she drove to Vermillion to bring the only one in whole dealership to Willoughby for me to see. That's Customer Service!!!
I had a service person who is really helpful! The person has a shadow (he was training someone on the job). He was patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly responsible. Not just responsible for the Dealership, but responsible to the customer.
Great service Went in for an oil change. They also took care of recall at the same time, saving me a trip. I received an informative review of my vehicle afterwards describing the status of my vehicle's parts, such as breaks, tires, etc. I appreciate the thorough care Pat Obrien has given me over the years.
