Pat O'Brien is Great Pat O'Brien is the only place I take my vehicle and there seems to be something wrong with my vehicle more often than I care to mention but Pat O'Brien is always easy to schedule and they always do what is necessary to fix what ever is wrong. They do all my oil changes and maintenance and give me a car wash after every service.
Dodged a Bullet! Had been told by a mechanic that I might need an alternator and I said a prayer. When I took the car to Pat O'Brien, relayed what I had been told about the alternator. After a hour or so, the service technician told me it was a bad negative battery cable which was replaced under GM warranty, and, I didn't have to eat the $99 analytical charge, Thanks to the service tech for keeping me informed.
Professional, efficient and courteous Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I was updated throughout the service with text updates. The area was clean. I had also originally purchased the Chevy Silverado from Carla Clayton and she made the purchase smooth without any pressure.
I purchased a new vehicle. My vehicle is 🏽 I would recommend getting a vehicle when the employee pricing discounts are in effect because that knocked off 25% of my new vehicle. I recommend the dealership.
Quick, fast customer service The customer service experience was phenomenal. I had an appointment, they were finished with my car within a reasonable time and all the employees were friendly.
