Service above and beyond! I was on vacation and my truck was tampered with - attempt to take catalytic converter (failed). I called and the service tech coached me through what to look for to make sure the vehicle was safe to drive. Since there wasn't a dealership close to me that was open on a Saturday, the tech made me feel comfortable to drive safely. Once in the shop, the issue was resolved quickly and fairly. I could not be happier. That Pat O'Brien team is fantastic.
1st oil change Service was the bees knees. I would come back again and tell my friends. If I need service I will be coming back to Pat O'Brian
routine visit I came in for an oil change and tire rotation; there was also a slow leak in one tire-a staple was found and removed . I did have to ask what was found in the tire when I was told there was the leak.

replacing a 10 yr old HHR I loved my HHR but it was 10 years old and it reached the point that didn't want to put any more money into it. I took it in to Pat O'Brien Chevy in Willoughby Hills. The team there worked with me to find something to meet my needs. I found that the Trax LT had everything that I needed in a car and the controls in the new car are in a similar place as in the HHR which makes the transition easier.
