My son was having issues with his newly purchased used Volvo S60 and we were very pleased with the service we received at Pioneer Valley Volvo. Lyndsay Travis did an outstanding job as our service advisor and was familiar with the car from the previous owner. She kept us updated throughout the process and was a pleasure to deal with.
Our experience with our salesman Jamie Fenton was great and I would recommend him to any other person interested in purchasing a Volvo. Mr Fenton was professional courteous and well versed with the vehicle’s amenities. At no time during this process did we feel that our vehicle needs or questions could not be handled by Mr. Fenton. The other staff that we had experiences with Lyndsey Travis and Christian were also very professional and overall just good people. Thank you.
Jamie Fenton was an awesome sales rep for us! We wanted a very specific vehicle in a very tough market and Jamie stuck with it until he found our GOAL CAR!!!! Thank you Jamie! Also, Lyndsay in service is the absolute BEST of the best and the reason we chose to buy a new vehicle from this dealership! (We were planning to go elsewhere but she was so awesome, the service was SO great and she vouched for the sales team!)
This dealership gives car dealers a bad name if that’s possible AWFUL EXPERIENCE once you buy the car they do not return your calls. I was transferring registration and when they delivered the car they gave me new plates and gave the the BS they couldn’t transfer registration. I had to go to DMV to do it myself, and DMV told me that was nonsense. The finance manager gave me a higher interest rate from my own credit union than could get myself, giving me the story that he couldn’t understand that. The only reason I gave one s... read more

Easy to deal with, friendly and seemed to want to help out and provide Volvo we were looking for. Met Christian in parking lot randomly, after hours. He was helpful, friendly and made us feel we could be comfortable going back to dealership to see car we wanted. Jamie Fenton walked us through purchase and was great to deal with.

This was a great car purchase experience. Jamie was incredibly helpful (and amazingly patient!) with all of our questions and information requests. We had the staff there 1.5 hours after closing on a beautiful summer Saturday night to do paperwork and close the sale. They were pleasant and courteous throughout and we never felt rushed or pressured. Jamie brought us to see Kendrick in the service dept to answer questions and he was wonderful. As were Josh and Ed.
