Very pleased with my 2021 Volvo XC-60 experience. Good selection of vehicles on site made it easy to find the right Volvo for me. Jamie Fenton was very helpful and knowledgeable from the test drive to taking possession of my first Volvo. Melanie took the time to explain all the car’s features, functions and maintenance intervals before I left the dealership. Overall a great car buying experience!

My husband and I were very pleased with Jaime Fenton and the Volvo Cars Pioneer Valley dealership. Jaime was very pleasant and easy to work with. He never pressured us during our talks with him. After buying the Volvo, he was patient and accommodating with our concerns and questions. He always followed through with our requests. We we finalized the deal we felt we made a friend.

Last Year I bought a V60 from Jamie at Volvo Cars... since then I have had two services and I cannot say enough about my experience with this dealership... buying the car was great... and all service was wonderful as well! I have never been this happy working with a dealership in my life. As long as I drive a Volvo, I will never go to anyone else!

I had the great opportunity to work with Jamie Fenton at Volvo Cars Pioneer Valley when I finally made the decision to purchase a Volvo XC60. He spent a lot of time with me to answer the many questions that I had. I found Jamie both very knowledgeable about the product, and sincere in helping me during price negotiations. I worked with Tristan Whalen when I came into Volvo Cars of Pioneer Valley, looking for a Volvo XC 40. Tristan was extremely knowledgeable when showing me the features of a 2019 XC 40. After I made a test drive I bought the car. Since then Tristan has been very attentive to my questions about how to operate some of the car's features. I had a great experience working with Tristan Whalen from Volvo Cars Pioneer Valley. He was very knowledgable, and helped me find an XC60 within my price range. I would recommend Volvo Cars Pioneer Valley to anyone in the Northampton/Amherst area who is looking for a new or used Volvo -- the sales team is very approachable, and the service department is one of the best in the area.

My wife and I had a great customer experience at Volvo Cars Pioneer Valley. From start to finish, communication from the sales department was honest and clear, and at no point did we feel manipulated or jerked around (unfortunately, this is often the norm at car dealerships.)
