I worked with Tristan Whalen recently when I bought a 2020 Volvo cx90. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I didn't make it easy on him - I asked hundreds of questions across multiple visits. He addressed all my concerns and was very patient, thorough, and just a nice guy to work with.
Very pleased with my 2021 Volvo XC-60 experience. Good selection of vehicles on site made it easy to find the right Volvo for me. Jamie Fenton was very helpful and knowledgeable from the test drive to taking possession of my first Volvo. Melanie took the time to explain all the car’s features, functions and maintenance intervals before I left the dealership. Overall a great car buying experience!
My husband and I were very pleased with Jaime Fenton and the Volvo Cars Pioneer Valley dealership. Jaime was very pleasant and easy to work with. He never pressured us during our talks with him. After buying the Volvo, he was patient and accommodating with our concerns and questions. He always followed through with our requests. We we finalized the deal we felt we made a friend.
Last Year I bought a V60 from Jamie at Volvo Cars... since then I have had two services and I cannot say enough about my experience with this dealership... buying the car was great... and all service was wonderful as well!
