Excellent customer service and the cars are priced fairly! They gave me exactly what I would have expected for my trade in which made the process easy.
The electronic buying process and the physical delivery of the vehicle was excellent. The simple process of contacting our insurance company and delivering the state registration was poor, very lengthy, extremely frustrating and required much follow on our part to make it happen.
We had a great experience at the dealership. Everyone was incredibly patient with my questions even though I was just in the “getting ideas” phase of buying. Jamie Fenton was my sales consultant and he couldn’t have been more helpful or more pleasant to work with. My husband and I looked at all types of makes for many weekend and look at features that we felt was necessary to provide the most safety features. This dealership has recently change locations. The new location is far more convenient, but the facilities are not particularly hospitable/pleasant to spend time in. I hope they have plans to do a major renovation to make it more attractive. It is 3 weeks from my purchase and I'm still waiting to fully resolve the "We Owe" portion of the transaction.
