Great Experience We visited to look at a specific used vehicle. The staff was very friendly and quick to help us. We had our six week old son with us and they were very considerate of our time and needs to get us out the door quickly. Jamie made buying 2020 Volvo stress-free! This dealership has a low-pressure vibe. Jamie was happy to take test drives with different new car options. I wasn’t really sure which model was right for me and he took the time to go through all the options. When I did make my selection, the sales manager (Ryan Deveney) and finance manager (Rhys Evans) were also great to work with. Heather in the service department also took good care of me!
Responsive and attentive Very responsive and attentive to my interests, yet, no pressure. That worked for me! Listened to my concerns, scheduled appointments immediately, Answered questions accurately, gave us time to consider options.
The whole team did a great job getting me approved quickly, explaining my options, and having my driving away in the vehicle I wanted. I would definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend!
Very helpful Joe and the team at Pioneer Valley were very helpful with my lease turn-in and my new car selection-- I ended up with a new XC40. I had some complications with my existing lease and they worked overtime to help me work out a satisfactory outcome
