Friendly, no pressure The personnel were welcoming, and there was no pressure. Especially, Jamie Fenton did a terrific job. We'd buy a car from him any time. The only minor problem was that when a rear camera was installed, they were supposed to do the state inspection and forgot to do it.

Jamie Fenton I worked most directly with Jamie Fenton at Pioneer Valley Volvo. The first (of many) time I went to the dealership was several months before I was actually thinking of purchasing and Volvo was 1 of several brands/options I was considering. I generally really dislike walking onto car lots, but my experience with Jamie was wonderful. He was never pushy, always got back to me in a timely manner, patient and just really great to work with along with being a genuinely nice guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Excellent Product Knowledge While I was driving home from work I noticed the beautiful Volvo XC40's lined up outside in the parking lot and decided to stop by and take a peek inside of them. Joe Neely greeted me outside and explained every little detail of the Volvo XC40's. I was shocked on how much amazing technology and safety features could be inside these vehicles! I also meet Jason Wright who was also very kind to speak to. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle!
I love my new car! I was so fortunate to walk into Pioneer Valley Volvo when I did. I had done my research and knew the exact car I wanted. Only the other dealerships I had visited did not bother to tell me it was no longer available.
