Had a great stress free experience, I went online to true car and very soon after I heard from Becky Hebert. We emailed and talked a couple of times and even though my lease wasn’t up until March my husband said lets go drive it. We went last Friday the 29th. Trade in for pre-owned car We've worked with this dealership under previous owners and current owners. The service under the previous owners was more personal, less corporate, more friendly, more welcoming. We found this current experience a bit exasperating as we waited for a long time after agreeing to trade/buy, so paperwork could be done, with little feedback during the process. Very positive Everything was handled courteously, timely, and professionally. Sales consultant Jamie was personable, competent and easy to talk to. Haven’t used the service department yet, so can’t comment on that experience.
Timely, service with a smile I felt that Holly was a professional the moment that we met and not just a "car salesperson". She helped me navigate the hard decision of which beautiful Volvo suited me best, get the car and close the sale in a short period of time.
