I got what I wanted with a smile I think the title says it all. I did have trouble getting my iPod to work in the car, it took the sales agent telling me my ipod must not have the right software version, a call to Hyundai's online help, apple online help, and a trip to the service department to learn that I needed to use the special cable in the glove compartment.

Marcus was an amazing salesman he was friendly, non pushy, and let the vehicle speak for itself. For once I enjoyed the experience of buying! Jason was very friendly, worked with my schedule, and didn't pressure me to come in. Because of his friendliness is why I chose to go there.

Great great sales person. Great dealership. When signing paper work the guy was super inattentive, didn't explain any paper at all just wanted the signature. It felt like he didn't want to answer any questions . Other than that a good experience.

cocky finance department and too much pressure One of the worst experiences for sure. The sales guy was great,however the finance person was rude and cocky and truly made me feel backed into a corner. He ended up lowering my payment three times along with the interest rate just to get me buy the car THAT day. He was very annoyed that I wanted to think about it. I still ended up buying a car elsewhere at 4 percent lower interest rate than his "best offer" and a much better quality vehicle.

Very satisfied! After doing an extensive search throughout NH, VT, and western MA, found Country Hyundai and drove away very satisfied! Shinny and the rest of the staff got me in the car I needed for a deal that met the numbers I had in mind going in. Have already mentioned Country Hyundai to several people I know.
