After hitting a pothole and getting a flat with all the headaches associated with not having a spare I had ordered a "donut" spare and it was installed promptly yesterday after being order by Eddy Perkins.
My experience with Country Hyundai was truly exceptional. From the first approach from Ashley to the final meeting with Bianca, I felt very confident in my purchase. The experience was great the only problem was with the finance department messing up paper and my wife had to go back for a second time and she was not happy about that.
We had arrived for our Santa Fe oil change service appointment at Country Hyundai over nine months ago; as always a friendly greeting from Tom Sadowski; and the car was taken right away and finished within a normal period of time. Overall experience was good. There was only one misunderstanding about the loan length, which was resolved promptly and satisfactorily. Attention and friendliness were also great.
