Routine Oil Change and Tire Fix While I am happy with Patrick Hamel's performance, I was not happy to go in for a routine oil change and tire fix and leave paying over $500 for a repair especially since I just got this vehicle in October of 2013...no bueno!

Scott is a very good salesman and would not take no for an answer. When I was thinking of not going through with a deal he and the team gave me a better deal so I would feel good about the purchase that I can afford and try to save money in the long run. Everyone was friendly and patient with me and surprisingly the speed at which the experience happened was faster than other experiences I have had and actually got to test drive which I haven't seen in a while with other places. I was able to test drive vehicles in a wide range, the entire spectrum I was interested in. After the hard bargaining was done, Scott was very gracious following through on the upgrades we negociated, and now ... I love my ride. Great experience.

Marcus was friendly, informative and very helpful, not pushy. My husband is 100% disabled Viet Nam vet, and he was so pleased when he was thanked for his service. The facility is clean and comfortable, everyone in the offices was friendly and very helpful, and all of the paperwork, registration, insurance etc. was done for us. It was so easy and pleasant.
