Routine Oil Change and Tire Fix While I am happy with Patrick Hamel's performance, I was not happy to go in for a routine oil change and tire fix and leave paying over $500 for a repair especially since I just got this vehicle in October of 2013...no bueno!
I shopped several dealers in my quest for a new vehicle and no one compared to the excellent service i experienced at Country Hyundai. The entire staff was great overall, very helpful very informative and made the entire experience the best I have had at any dealership in the area.
Scott is a very good salesman and would not take no for an answer. When I was thinking of not going through with a deal he and the team gave me a better deal so I would feel good about the purchase that I can afford and try to save money in the long run. I was able to test drive vehicles in a wide range, the entire spectrum I was interested in. After the hard bargaining was done, Scott was very gracious following through on the upgrades we negociated, and now ... I love my ride. Great experience.
Marcus was friendly, informative and very helpful, not pushy. My husband is 100% disabled Viet Nam vet, and he was so pleased when he was thanked for his service.
