Sorry for being Late on this review but here it is. I have been involved in a Motorcycle accident and it took me awhile to catch up on my emails. But my last visit for service on my 2010 Elantra I felt like I was treated like family and would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Lucas

I felt like family;) I went into Hyundi wanting to trade my 2011 élantra for something newer;) I has some steering issues with my car for a while now so I let Brandon know how I was feeling about my current car and not feeling safe. Brandon With no hesitation said "well let's get u in a car u feel safe driving! Horrible. Very dishonest and greedy people. I did not come to this dealership intending to buy a car. My Wife and I already had an almost new Toyota Prius which we are extremely happy with (always over 50 mpg's, over 60 mpg's on trips to Florida). I came to the dealership because I was already going to the town they were in and they had sent me an offer by u.s. mail for a 'free' prize (which they did not have when I got there). We have discussed your buyer’s remorse with you a number of times and we have been unable to satisfy you. We apologize for that but once you purchase a vehicle and drive it for 10 months you cannot simply ask the dealership to just buy it back from you and pay off your loan. Also, you stated numerous times, you are not even the buyer. Thank you for your feedback.

Assessment Lee was attentive to my wishes and needs. Everyone bent over backwards to see that the transaction was to my satisfaction. this is my third Elantra and they know me and my needs. Lee has been my sales rep for every car change. I am totally satisfied with the service I receive and look forward to working with them in the future not only for sales but for service! too. Great experience. I had a great experience even though I showed up one hour late. My appointment was for 10 AM and I thought my appointment was for 11 AM. They still took me and gave me great service with a smile.

my country hyundai experience From start to finish my sales rep shinny Santiago was very professional,and explained everything to us and every question we emailed her she always responded promptly..We traveled over 200 miles to purchase our vehicle and would refer any of our friends and family to go here to make a purchase.Hyundai motors should be proud to have such a great group of professionals working for them.Thanks Mike and Bonnie Donlan Utica NY

Airbag Recall Notice Received e-mail at 9:30 am on 23 MAY 2014 from Country Hyundai regarding recall on airbag module mounting bolt toque. Called after receiving e-mail and was immediately scheduled for 1:45 on 23 MAY 2014. Upon arriving for appointment I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and courteous service personnel. Santa Fe Buying a new car is usually stressful, but Marcus made it easy and enjoyable. Bianca was great explaining the Tech Package. Love the Service Waiting Area!!!

great experience Phil was so awesome from beginning to end. He was knowledgable and funny and patient with me. I didn't feel rushed at all and I felt like he could be fair and trustworthy. Phil took the time to go over all of the features of my Santa Fe. I have never had a sales rep truly go over features and make sure you knew how to use and work everything.Everyone there was professional and courteous as well. Mike the manager's sister recommended Country Hyundai and I am very glad she did.
