I had a great experience at Country Hyunda this car buying experience was not as painful as past experiences. The sales person Shane was very helpful from getting cars for test drives to answering questions. I did not buy the same day but came back due to Shane's help and the respect he treated me with. Chris the financial guy did a great job and was very efficient. The delivery coordinator Jasmine did a great job going over the car features and setting us up in it. I would definitely go back and recommend people go there.

Salesman was great. Communication regarding financing sucked. Worst experience ever buying a car. Delay after delay, and no calls to explain. Would not recommend dealership.
I was very pleased with Country Hyundai. I never felt pressured in the least to make a purchase. Bill was my Salesman, he was very nice and knowledgeable about all my questions. Next we saw Frank. He was a delightful person and was very helpful as this was my first lease.
It was our first time at this dealership. We found the car we wanted at a great price. The sales and finance staff was amazing. We couldn’t pick the car up on the weekends because the delivery coordinator doesn’t work. That’s something you should change.
I went in just to look for a car I ended up buying a new car because of all the help Bill gave me he helped me with my finances and talk to me into the new car which I'm so happy that I have I can't say enough good things about this man
Bill was quick to greet and work with us. We knew the SUV we were interested in and Bill was able to let us drive it. He carefully explained how the vehicle worked and gave us a route to take to try the vehicle on different situations. He helped us purchase the SUV by asking the right questions. He was straight forward and honest. When there was a.problem with the hood he and Jasmine were quick to figure x it and he delivered my new Genesis GV 70 to my home,
This is the third Tucson which we have bought from Country Hyundai. Our salesperson Bill was very knowledgeable, did a good job explaining the features of the vehicle, and did a good job on following up after we purchased the vehicle.
This is my second car I purchased from Bill within a year and as always he helped me tremendously, most recently into getting in to the vehicle I FINALLY want!!

Bought several cars from several salespersons but Shane is the best i have ever seen 1) he never put any pressure on us to buy like salesmen do 2) was very, very knowledgeable and super nice and friendly 3) took more than 30 mins to show us all the features of the car and answer our stupid questions. 4) professional and patient with kids (who have to sit through the process) 5) very prompt at replying to messages 6) felt like he was a genuine friend after a short while (and no, not in the salesmansy way) I really appreciate ... read more
