I knew nothing about Country and drove down from Vermont to check out an Ioniq hybrid. Bill did a great job of making it work for me and was very easy going about all my questions and concerns. I even left for a while to drive a competing car and they were fine with that. Gave me a very fair trade for my car and generous rebates. I love my new hyundai kona! The buying process was fairly painless, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied with the experience. Jasmine was great when I picked up my car, and my salesman Jason Brown was great!
